The location close to the beach was marvellous. The most important was the staff - excellent and helpful people.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and cozy and had large beds. The meals were great. The location was magnificent, for example, Gyokusen-ji was just a short walk away from the hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this venue! The location on the beach was unbeatable, it offered beautiful views of the coastline right in front of the hotel. The service was superb with room service and housekeeping ensuring my every need was attended to. The staff members went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness. I was impressed by the range of facilities available, including shops and commercial services, laundry, shuttle service, welcome drink, and room amenities such as heating. The television was also of high quality. The leisure facilities were fantastic, particularly the swimming pool, garden area, and open-air bath. The spa lounge and beauty treatments were also memorable.

The staff, including some English-speaking employees, are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The basic amenities provided, such as towels in the changing rooms for the onsen, add convenience to the stay. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, catering to different preferences.
